Managing overall business operations and ensuring smooth functioning of organization with knowledge of business policies, statutory obligations & regulations with proven success in developing and implementing end-to-end programs and initiatives and provided end to end thought leadership working with diverse group of businesses and entrepreneurs I am also passionate about innovation and supporting the startup eco system with experience as a startup founder, early-stage team member and working with early-stage investors and partners and support their portfolio companies with expertise in evaluation and validation of new business ideas, mentoring the start-ups and providing guidance and adequate support for their incubation process with strong business acumen to analyze and assess the startup ecosystem.
